iron solomon just got his career destroyed by murda mook.. and there are rumors from years ago that immortal slapped the shit out or iron in front of his mother for being disrespectful. besides swave sevah is way more talented that iron swallowmen, and a much better guest im sure. im suprised swave said dizaster might be the best in the world tho.

Dunno bout that, no footage anywhere just a recap where it seems to be rather even.

But in all honesty i don't care for that whole written bs anyway.

The battle rappers that can also freestyle for days like TheSaurus, Illmaculate and Eminem will always be the best.

And Iron Solomon can also freestyle like a mad man, but he adjusted to the black battle rappers that just come with writtens, it's normal in those leagues.

Ah i just read the recap of what happened, apparently Solomon didn't even rap in the 5th anymore, all his bars went over the crowds head and they just booed him from the get go.
He should have dumbed down his stuff and mentioned shooting some people .

iron's whole career is based of written verses, he has never freestyled 1 good line. and there are plenty of bootlegs of the sm2 battles, it isnt even semi debateable, mook 5-0. iron solomen almost cried on stage, and had everyone in the place (including busta rymes p diddy and cassidy) booing him and calling time during his rounds. its also funny u mention great freestylers but added illmac and eminem, seems like someone hasnt been around the battle scene in a few years. iron isnt even the best jew in battle rap, soul khan would just beat him into the ground. but when u make your name from battling nobodies, you are bound to pay the price, and iron did vs mook.

E: and in no reveiw did i read it was even close, that was irons worst battle ever, and when its against your only known opponent ever, that isnt a good move for your career.

Well tbh i followed the whole jumpoff thing a few years back.

Those team battles with TheSaurus + Illmac where ill and they flipped every line so don't tell me either of them ain't great freestylers.

And eminem went on some radio show where he freestyled for hours straight.

But tell me is illmac now also battling with writtens in those weak leaques? That shits boring to me... don't really see the skill in that tbh.

edit: Oh and also good old scribble jam of course. Illmac won one of those as well.

they are battling for thousands of dollars, u really think they are going to go on stage with no prepared bars? yes 10 years ago there was more freestyling than there is current day, but the quality of lines isnt even close. the game has upgraded and the battlers needed to evolve to stay relevant. if u google summer madness 2 bootleg and follow the 2nd link you can listen to all the sm2 battles, you will see why i dont put iron on my list of greats anymore. even mook wasnt great, just iron was that bad. the serious jones vs clips battle was a classic tho.

Well you could still make proper judging and let flips count for a lot more.

Instead of some dummies spitting their writtens, they could basically not even listen to each others rhymes now.

I watched dizaster vs canibus and that joker actually pulled his notepad out...
