i'm up to about 15 per second so far what about you guys? and does anyone here practice on flying bricks or anything cool like that?

I've learned to jump into the air and use both arms and feet for quad attacks. Legs at 14 hits per second and arms at 13 h/ps. Grand total of 54 strikes per second. 55 including a lethwei style headbutt.

Depends. Gloves change your range. Depends what you're training for and what your goals are. Segal never wore gloves.
