It takes a group selling x amount of stone of Jordans in a game. Usually it's some twitch or YouTube streamers doing it. I think it's like 150 SoJ or something. Once they sell enough to a specific vendor it'll spawn Uber Diablo (d clone) across all hell games on that server, for example, North America ladder, or Europe non ladder.

It'll pop up 6 different messages throughout the selling process as different milestones are reached. I think the last one is terror invades sanctuary, or something like that.

Then the next super unique monster you run into will be d clone. Most people go to frigid Highlands at the monster right there, forget his name, will turn into d clone.

If you Google d clone tracker it'll tell you where it's at. Most of my info comes from Diablo Facebook groups.
