We've had instructions up for a while on swapping regions on PSN.
Make another PSN account with an address in America. Make another with an address in Hong Kong. You can link ur BNET to whichever region you want to log into when u launch the game. You'll have to reset your skills and reLink to the other account each time u want to switch.
