where will dclone spawm if u at cows?

if you have not yet entered cows and then he walks, yes you can create the cow portal and dclone should spawn at the king's cage. you cannot enter another area with a super unique before doing so or he will not spawn at cows. The game will trigger dclone at the closest super unique from the waypoint or portal you use (this is why most ppl use a spot like eldritch, bone ash, biboshi, etc).
