I was playing in a norm game when i got the message "Terror is about to be unleashed upon sanctuary" then 10 min later I get the message "Diablo has invaded sanctuary!" Does this mean he spawned in my norm game?

dclone only spawns in hell

I could be mistaken but think he used to spawn in all difficulty s at 1 point but only dropped Anni in hell
