Stock up potions so you dont need to town, keep your Merc at bay

Walk up Arcane Sanctuary into Palace Cellar 3, use Top Left door to cover. Hit Diablo with bow, shoot him a few times to make sure the arrows land.

Use Spells to kill Diablo.

Buy a natures peace ring?

Literally a trash geared Sorc can kill Diablo, you just want enough HP and Res to tank a few hits to make it easier for yourself. If you die or town for too long, PMH will reset (hence why you want your Merc to stay alive and to keep pots), but as long as you can do decent damage and you can kite, Palace 3 Diablo is fairly easy to do. I like Cold the best because with Mastery, you'll be doing more damage to Diablo than the other chars for what little you have to use.
