Check arcane portal, mine spawned there. Didnt spawn at eldritch which was where i went first for some reason

if you were not in town when he spawned, he will be at the closest unique mob to your location (or tp) at the time

it did not spawn, i was in a game for 3 hours and there were no announcements in the gamechat.
