I cant seem to find legit info about D Walks on Playstation.. Is that not a thing?

He walks if you are on the server he is on, except if you are playing hardcore then you are on a different server from the main ones.
So if they say dclone is going to walk on north america servers at X time you need to have a game open before that time so he spawns in your game.
Once you get the message he has spawned go to the superunique monster of your choice to kill him.

I've participated in a few on PC, on different servers, but havent seen any host d walks on PSN (Or Xbox for that matter)

Consoles all walk when PC does.
