Can someone please explain, information out their is low

by selling sojs, same as before but he spawns realm wide instead of server-ip based

so if he swapns in EU, he spawns in every single hell game that's open at that time in the eu

There are 6 stages. You can check the stage by /uberdiablo. Once 6th stage is reached 1 Uber Diablo is summoned per hell game in that server (asia/Europe/NA)
