dont think thats the case, Pc is split in different realm and they got anni before any spawned on xbox this ladder.

Console players are on their respective realms. Someone in Asia will be on the Asia server on a console be it Xbox or PSX, someone in Europe will be on the EU server, and people in NA will be on the NA server. There are 12 individual dclone counters afaik - Ladder/NL, HC/SC for each realm.
