Since dclone now spawns by region, won't everyone get one fairly easily?

Simply leaving a character in game for hours at a time will likely find the dclone, correct?

Or am I missing something?

l left my guy online all night in na no spawn for me anyone know how many times it been spawned so far?

I was online during last walk in my region. None of my characters and friends got message/clone in game

Blizz ninja changed it or ppl sold sojs on console
