You would need either like a gaming router that allows a VPN connection, or a broadband card or dual ethernet motherboard where you can flow the ps4's connection through and scan TCP/IP addresses. Wireshark is another option for software to sniff the IP of the server.

Of course i'm not sure either if the Blizzard servers are the same as the PS4 and PC versions. So it might be dead in the water.

Or ask nicely and people can transfer them across 🤷🏼‍♂️ Other than that good luck getting an arranged walk, no one knows the IPs they join on console
