In all truth, we don't have to list here what we do with extra SOJ's so other groups can adopt our practices. This is quite a common question where typically people want to see the answer, "it is refunded." However, that isn't so easy, as bad actors infiltrate groups all the time, lying about not receiving IPs. Anyone experienced with organizing understands this, and most members are very happy and will attest to this statement. Guaranteeing refunds also opens the group leaders to s/a if there is a dispute about said refund and whether or not it is deserved, which is nothing but a complete waste of time.
My answer is, no we do not issue refunds, and we state so clearly. We have many repeat customers. You have a very good chance with our methods at obtaining an annihilus charm, and the multitude of hours that we put in to help organize the group warrants this policy.
When you enter our discord, the policy is spelled out for you. You wouldn't know this Hellogoodsir, because you're not a member, and never have been. You're just Zaku's shill.
Finally, I do not have to tell you what we're planning to do with the SOJ's in the future as you'll probably steal that information and use it to your own advantage. I urge you to be creative and come up with your own methods for your own groups. If the best you can come up with is refunds or future discounts, then good luck dealing with the holes and inequity in that policy.
