If lots of people are taking thier spot on a IP before SOJ's are sold, just a few people could make enouge games on Asia to find out what IP's are showing up scarce from this activity. Even just 10 people making 100 games would give you 1000 IPs and if corndinated through somthing like Google docs you might be able to pinpoint what IP to target.
