That's new for me, thanks for clarifying. I haven't been even jumping from game to game that much. For 12 minutes I managed to join 5 or 6 games tops.

6 games in 12 minutes is average 2min between games.

Need to put at least 3min between games to stay safe

My expierience is little bit different.
Overall you should keep 3/min a game in mind.
But if you create a game, a sit on it for about minute or so (maybe even less, never counted that) and do more or less 20 games in a row with that rotation you should be fine (i know i am). Worek for me on europe and east.
After that you should wait for few min, a do 10. A then go 3 min a game.

I do this when someone post new hot game ip that i want to hunt quickly. If i'm not successfull i do 3 min rotations.

Not sure why would you get banned after 6 games 2 min each.
I get banned with my 1min rotations around 25 game.
Or when i do rotation like get in the game, go out, get in, go out. Bnet let me do 4 or 5 of those. But after them i rather get few min ban from bnet, not 10k waiting queue.
