Does the box trick in act 5 prevent servers from booting you off the game ? I mean can i leave for 1 hour and char can still be in game ?

Oh yeah it does. I've been in the same game for hours and hours! Potentially for days if lucky (Battle.net servers aren't exactly stable)

The longest I could stay a few months back was for ~18 hours
