how many until an IP is considered "hot"? got like 37k sojs sold like an hour and a half ago but nothing since

is IP the first 3 or last 3?

Isn't the number just a running tally per IP? and the IP is the last 3. Example, 192.168.1.xxx where xxx is the "IP".
