My question is, if i get the message X Sojs sold to merchants, does it mean I'm in the right ip? So if I wait enough DC can appear?

That means they are some ppl selling soj in the game. You could w8, but that could be long.

There could be more than 1 ip active. When enough soj sold, DC will appear.
