i've been in games where i saw the message of "3000 sojs have been sold to merchants" and waited and dclone never spawned.

Usually if it doesn't go off like crazy it's just a fluke...people usually pool sojs together and sell them at once. It will usually effect the whole server. If it happens one time wait for few mins... but if it doesn't keep happening it's unlikely he will spawn.
