Sooo, it was an open game a baalrun, or a closed MF game? If it is an opengame he is probably dead. If it is a closed one, then check the way down to baal. Better check thorough all the levels because the spawning distance is pretty wide.
Or check the log where "you" were when DC spawned, or just start checking all the routes "you" took while MFing :D

He spawns at the first super uniq monster spot you visit and stays there (might wander away a bit following you) and won't affect other super uniqs. Also won't despawn (expire)
