Anyone heard about "cheesing" DClone in the chaos sanc?
Wondering if this is actually possible on anything but Pluggy.

I tried it the other day when I got a message in my game. Hitting the seal spawned DClone, but in the midst of everything, I forgot to hit the fifth seal during the fight. If I did, would that have spawned Vizier?
Note: The seal I originally hit was the one that was supposed to spawn Vizier, but instead we got Big D.

in this case, i think opening the 5th seal would insta-kill dclone and spawn real diablo

Do we have any actual cases of this happening for proof?
(Sorry for being so close to figuring this out on the realm and punting, btw)

My thought would be that if DClone "replaces" Vizier and his minions, which it seemed to do when activating the Vizier seal, then activating the fifth one would have just made it so I had to kill the Clone in order to spawn real Diablo.

So I guess the answer lies in what actually happens when DClone takes the place of the Super Unique monster. Does he "replace" it, or is the monster "Killed"?

Has anyone ever had DClone spawn when they were doing Nihlithak for quest, for example? Did you GET the quest upon DClone spawning? That could definitively answer the question.

You used to be able to spawn him at Eldritch and let shenk's death explosion kill him in 1 hit

Pretty sure all variations of that have been patched and you have to kill him with damage now
