Diablo Has Invaded Sanctuary - But Cant Find Him.......

I alredy checked all of the usual spots....even few times..

Are u on a crossregion server? e.g if u logged in on eu, but atm playing on na, u will get messages from eu, but since u are on na, u wont find him cos he didnt spawn na
Or u could be in a normal or nightmare game?
