Nah, Soj refund will solve this. He cannot be expected to refund the 40k profit loss. There is no agreement saying "you will be able to load your 10 thousand D2R clients in exchange for Soj". The agreement was only "information vs. Soj".

nope, soj refund will not resolve this, unfourtunaly this happens with real companies aswell, information gets changed and not updated, other company incurs losses cause of this, law gets involved.
