I changed my internet ip and I can still sign in, choose a new char, but when I get to the games page it says no new games can be created. Queue of 9500. In seconds, that’s about 3 hours?

Once you get the 10k wait in line, that's tied to your account, and it will "infect" any other account you try to login with the same key/IP now, I believe.

So I guess don’t login anymore or try as it’ll only hurt. It’s definitely tied to my account now, guess I created 30 games too quickly : )

correct, that is a key/iP/account ban.... if u log into nother account on the same IP or CD key they will also get banned for same amount of time.

If you want to log in on another account you have to change cd key IP and account
If u try logging into the banned account on the new IP then that IP will also be banned
