I can't find him in my game...
Got message "Diablo has invaded Sanctuary", but no "Diablo walks the earth". Now it is back to "Terror gazes upon Sanctuary". I did not left the game in between or anything. Also went to some named Uniques (Eldritch for example), but he did not spawn... Am I missing anything?

well if you werent in town when he spawned thats a big problem. He can spawn in the den of evil if you are in the blood moor.

So whatever area you were in when you saw the message, you'll have to check everywhere.
