Heard that comment don't believe everything posted on the internet. 98% of what they are saying isn't accurate. IP force blocking is a thing though that can almost give you a 40% chance on the correct ip. IE meaning you could have just a couple clients and hit the mark

all you need to do is automate it all in the cloud with something like terraform, which is pretty easy for a software engineer to create (he didnt create it, he is just a shitty employee with no morals, an frontman for the shop. they probably contracted someone to create the infrastructure), and you can have as many clients as you want
