play with the numbers. after netstat leave space after put "-" after press space and finally a number. i use 5 it works.

netstat -n is the command for all IPs. u only have to find the213.248.106.xxx:4000
"x" is the server IP

we said that lol prob is he needs to change number to avoid window closing. 5 works for me

Here's a netstat script I wrote. save it as a .bat, then double click to run it. Open D2 in a window with this running as well, and you'll never have to swap between screens again:
