You would have to prove the message didn't get sent in the first place. Same idea as I have sent and been sent texts before that never went to correct destination. He might owe you a soj... that's it. In legal terms you would spend half that fg on the lawyer and most likely lose. Putting you 60k down from where you think you should be.

i recorded him on twitch admitting that 1 user did not receive the msg.
user already admitted to failing to uphold his part of the agreement, hence scam.

Or he can duel me and give me the opportunity for revenge.

Pathetic seeing him dodge my twitch challenge in front of ALL his followers during the walk, lol.

i would be more willing to accept that this was an accident IF it werent for the fact that I PMD him 1 hour before the walk and asked him to confirm that it is still at 11PM on ASIA.
He failed to give me the second PM regarding the server change AND he ignored my PM asking for clarification.

I literally did everything I could to ensure I get the information I paid for.
Then he literally squelched me for 100 hours on his twitch when i challenged him to a duel. :wallbash:

Ya scam your contributors and ban them.
You'd get more subscribers and followers if you manned up and fixed your mistakes by accepting my duel challenge to fix the SA.
