Let’s put this in perspective.

Let’s say I wanted to buy a stock option for $1000. The option goes up $10 when the market opens but my app freezes and doesn’t let me buy. I would have made ~$1000 profit but instead I have exactly what I started with. I can’t go accusing my broker of being a scammer and try to get money on a potential lost opportunity lol
