Just to follow up on people's questions - he's doing mostly SCL spawns, with a few SCNL spawns (the one 55 mins ago). He aims to spawn another one on SCNL later tonight on EU, probably between his 5th or 6th SCL spawn, which I assume would be in 5-7 hours. But the best way to know would be to have his stream open or check up on it every hour or so.
So yes, it does say SCL up top, but he's alternating. Sorry for not clarifying earlier.

Also, I tried spawning DClone in Tristram, and he simply wasn't anywhere to be found, so I took a wild shot and went to Frigid Highlands because I started the game in Act 5, and there he was.
