I agree with the sentiment that people should have to earn their own Anni. There are certainly many builds that struggle to kill DClone and there are *a lot* of people who are bad at the game or have no characters who are ready to kill him. He's conditionally tougher than ubers due to his armageddon and resistance spread.

But honestly, I could definitely see Dclone locking your game or something. Any character with sufficient patience and PMH, Open Wounds, or Poison will get there eventually.

No naked character (wo merc) can kill it.
Almost no budget build can kill it, only if you build lifetap and cb.

Or pmh cheese is another option but it will be a long fight.
