Thats odd. I've been in game for three since the patch and he was there every time.

I believe he spawns where the nearest super unique monster is when you first enter the game

No, he spawns at the first superunique spawn you trigger once there's a walk (mobs don't spawn until you get close enough to where they should spawn, like 2-3 screens away). So if you have previously went to Frigid Highlands and probably spawned Shenk and Eldrich by proximity he won't be there.

It's also possible that the dude who found it where Bishibosh would be just went to cold plains to BO and accidentally triggered him there.

It spawns dclone when you come within range (2-3 screens away) of a super unique

There is a finite amount of superuniques in this game. All else fails you can just go through all of them, lmao. If you're still in that game DM me, I'll help you look.
