max 4, you can try to go more, but sometimes you get connection lost.

0ne server can hold 1024 games

The gateway server try to balance the amount of games on each server over the realm for better performance. if 20'000 people playing on 80 servers so every server holds about 250 games.

they updated the servers , so they have more capacity now, but old times, 1000 players / 1 server IP. I don't know nowadays.
