IMO every server has one distinct IP....so Server = IP, in this case we're talking about server with IP=224.
If D walks on this IP = Server, then he will turn up in every game on this IP = Server......right !? Thought so.

if i say i stay in game with that ip, that mean i really stay in game on that server:
TCP 192.168.100.15:3786 213.248.106.224:4000 ESTABLISHED

When i tell my friend about ".224 selling sojes", he create game on 224 and wait there. So technically we are on one IP. But..

and i can not understand this:

last walked 52 and 38, NO 224! And counter is NOT zeroed for 224 ip!

On 2 different sites its been zero-ed, which means it has walked.....or its a miss walk ? In this case its mentioned on 1 of those site.......strange.
