if an ip has been walked does that mean it's not hot anymore?

if a ip walked or miswalked means count starts back over. needs 80-120 sojs from last walk or mis walk to force another walk

for some reason I was under the impression they needed to reset ips before it could walk again. I'm probably wrong though...

open your command box ... in search on your windows type cmd. then when u join a game go to the cmd box and type netstat -n
the ip with .4000 is the game. the number b4 the 4000 is the specific game ur in. ex: 77.4000

as for soj count. look at previous msg's
