i discovered him the same way. To be fair it absolutely was some kind of bug, but thats the gamble with Nilithak, he tends to be most high lvls grim reaper, at some point you stop blaming the bug.

Just use nature peace ring and you will be safe.

that wont help with that bug. nila tries to convert his non-minion slayers into suicide bombers - but it fails somewhat and he can try to convert same mob again wich massivly increases dmg everytime he does.

if you are guys are curious about that nilly bug I made a needlessly long 41 minute video with clips from other investigators to show you exactly how it works. Pretty cool ancient LOD bug that is difficult to replicate if you don't know how it happens

And no...Nature's Peace does nothing for it. It is a bug that involves alive Slayer monsters.
