Here's the thing, this is impossible. No matter what server, what day or what time, it isn't going to work for absolutely everyone. He's told everyone what day and what time already. If that day and time doesn't work for you, tough. Make it work with google chrome remote desktop if you have to- it's easy to use and something people used a ton for WoW classic to avoid server timeouts to avoid queue times.
