Does he spawn in whatever act I was in or? Ive killed a few super unique bosses and he aint there lol.

He shows up at the first Super Unique you activate after he Walks. It may not be on your screen though, so if you went out into Stone or somewhere first, go back and search around your route, he may be just off screen.
