Casting blizzard holding tat polearm melee weapon still applies slow on hit and open wound?

Just make a smiter should have enough junk in mules by now only need 3 things prevent monster heal,some crushing blow(I've done it with 25%) and life tap shopped wand or ideally dracs

killed him with the suggested method of pmh throwing knives, though at first i thought it didn't work. had to throw about 200 knives at him before i hit him apparently.

afterwards the kill is easy of course. it rolled 19/18/10!

A poison charm helps as he goes green when you've hit him!

use that polearm on merc

Hit him with a prevent monster heal weapon...edge runeword would be perfect, but if you have nothing ranged, use anything with prevent monster heal and keep a poison charm in the inventory...just to see him green, or use spirit sword + nature peace, for example

Then keep him in sight at all times, dont teleport far, dont go to town...dont die

Prevent monster heal should last at least 1 hour (may be 2, im not sure)

Kill him
