I'm unsure where you're assumption comes from that people will not participate. We have had EU participation in every spawn to date.
Those that HAVE donated have made it clear which time is preferred. The Exact Timing and region is still TDB, based on donations.
The donors I have collected from have so far preferred between 7PM CT and 11PM CT, with more preferring later in the evening.
That said, if you'd like to donate 15+ sojs, you could pick any time that suites your specific needs for the upcoming event. That would still only be 12% say, so you'll likely needs to donate 64 SOJS by the time we are ready if you want to personally pick the time we do things.
I'd be happy to collect a SOJ any time you are ready to donate! :thumbsup:

You are right, I understand that and it's fair. In general my point was that I'm sure that most of europe players will be out somewhere at this time and that's why donations are not flying.
Honestly I would donate erlier but I totally forgot that this section existed till yesterday :x
