Why not just refund everyone if everyone doesn't get a game? If they leak it and the run is called off they also lose hours of their time, is that not enough incentive to not leak it?

You do clarify that it's 80% here but you link to a signup sheet saying it's 100%, may want to edit that.

1. She over-estimate the amount of SOJ needed for the walk. (In order to get a bigger cut in #2)
