Unless you're going to what, cycle people into your game and sell sojs- giving away your game/pw and leaving people to find the server after it might pop?
you also need ~120 confirmed sojs which you aren't going to get without something like 80 sojs banked on a single confirmed person minimum
I think it can be done with a little bit of planning and coordination, the only question is can we get 125 on the same ip? And how long would that realistically take?
And how many sojs are even out there? Cause at minimum 125 of them are already gone.
I've heard decline was spawned more than once too, so it's not even known if it's possible with the sojs in the game available atm.
