I know. Diddn't think that I have been faster. Always did a Andy Meph run before opening the next game.
Still got ban, now approx. 3h ago and can't open or join games. :-(

Maybe you can try to restart your router in case you get a new ip from your provider every time...
If not (or if your cdkey is temp banned) - just wait...

Don't try to enter bnet. Just w8 15mins without connecting and then try to enter bnet. Every time you try to connect it resets the timer. That's what works for me.

if you keep trying to connect it extends your IP temp ban.
