You're allowed 20 games per hour per cdkey.
Youre allowed 30 games per hour on YOUR home IP address.
If you only have 1 copy of d2 and 1 home IP address, then you are maxed at 20 games per hour.
If you have 2 copies of d2 and 1 home IP address, then you can make 30 games per hour. (20 games on 1 cdkey, then 10 more games on your 2nd cdkey)
Most people only have 1 home IP address. If you can find a way to change your home IP quickly and frequently, and have tons of cdkeys then you can make tons and tons of games without any repercussion (but still limited to 20 games per cdkey)
weird. i tried running 8 bots using 20 keys method vs all so to simplify i ran 1 game each every 30 min so it would only be 16 vs 1 hour and i got hit many times with the waiting in line. so allowing more games per cdkey doesn't make any sense to me if i'm in line using 8 at 30 min per game ( all started same time with 30 min scheduled )
