So couldn't you basically just leave D2R open 24/7 and be in a game 24/7 even while sleeping and get a walk eventually?

Yes but electricity cost more than Anni lol
This ladder so far very little walks! I only got 2x kept one

theres supposed to be a walk tues at 7:00 pm host is @Heidi from #twitch-plugs
