OP does not have to organize with anyone, he simply needs to set a time in advance - people can make it or not. It's a donation, not a transaction. I'm sure you have friends that would help you, either by being avail when you're not, or simply extra boxing for another with your name on it. That's how my people did, not a single one of the homies went without an anni.
Last time I had meeting during the walk time. So I just open the game making a private game with password not accepting friend joining in the morning. Let my char stand in town until I get off of work in the night. So timing is not hard blocker.
