It's called case our of court e.g. Mutual agreement. It actually happens even within the Courthouse

This is why some lawyers get 50-100 times the more money than others simply based on the results of their job ( even tho their job is the same ). It's common practice to find "legal" ways to do "illegal" activities and for that you hire expensive lawyers to teach you how-to.
