I doubt it can spawn at norm. Counter is show in every game, and selling can be done from any difficulty, but Clone will spawn for sure at Hell difficulty.

this game is 20 yrs old and look at us!!

Yes, Blizz can keep their secrets. We are only basing on collected informations from people, so we can miss something, cannot be sure about not well verified stories. What we know for sure - at Hell difficulty it is 100% dropping anni, below Hell unconfirmed, unlikely.

Spawns 100% in every hell game, i think that it might be a slight chance it can spawn in nm game but not 100% sure.
