the customer payed for information about a guaranteed walk... he was delivered a piece of information wich was then revised but was not informed of the change.
What he does with this information is none of our buisness, it just happend he had 40+ accounts prepared with this info. He was not delivered the correct info and therefore lost out on his projected profits wich in this case is the value of 40+ annis.

Yes, and that's very sad, but it doesn't make the dclone organizer liable for arbitrary losses.. You would really need to make it part of the contract. Otherwise it's ridiculous to expect by default.

it does make him liable, he is directly responsible that his customers are informed about any changes that is beeing made. Since he is directly liable he is also liable to any projected losses caused by his unwillingness to inform his customers. When people do this with real money they get sent to jail... and not for a week or 2 but years.. they also get slapped with a probation telling them that they are not allowed to use peoples money for x amount of years aswell.

It does, plenty would have been eu players who would have gone to bed and left them self in game, they couldn’t have been warned in time when u change it with 15 mins notice.

It was done out of malice like I have said, if he put as much effort into making sure those who paid were ok, and less into screwing over those who hadn’t, none of this would have happened.

I think I will have to stop explaining this concept to people. Feels much like the public trying to serve justice, rather than people knowing anything about how the real-life rules work
